We are offering natural stones here. Each stone has a unique visual.
Some of them have tiny cracks, and all stones are different.
Which is meant they are not finished like plastic.
For coaster: They are the gold frames and natural stone. If you wish to have something under the coaster, please let us know and order by the original.
 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Most of the goods are order made, please contact us and ask us detail before your order. All orders will be final.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Crystal will be sent in bubble mail envelopes or bubble wrapped in a box. Almost all our plastic bubble wrappings used are reused from our previous parcels arrived at us, also including personal orders from our daily deliveries, we wish you could reuse them if possible.

We do not offer a gift-wrapping service at the moment, if you have certain inquiries please contact us before your order.
