Ingredients:
1 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
4 cups water
Ice cubes
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the rosemary leaves, honey, and water to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until the rosemary is fragrant and the honey has dissolved.
3. Now, Remove your pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
4. Strain the rosemary mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
5. Add the lemon juice to the pitcher and stir to combine.
6. Refrigerate the rosemary drink until it is chilled, about 1 hour.
7. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled rosemary drink over the ice.
8. Garnish your drink with the fresh rosemary sprigs
9. Serve and enjoy your drink!

• Adjust the sweetness by changing the amount of honey to your preference.• For a brighter and more refreshing taste, add a little extra lemon juice.• Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
