1:Vision for Brain Activity


Vision occupies 80% of the five senses. This is why when you are tired, looking up at the sky or looking far away makes you feel a little refreshed.

You will be healed by the scenery and the swaying things, not the textual information. Candle fluctuations are said to calm the autonomic nerves.
